The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), autonomous unmanned systems (UxV), quantum computing, and distributed ledger technologies is transforming the landscape of intelligent infrastructure, defense systems, smart cities, and critical digital ecosystems. However, these emerging technologies introduce unprecedented challenges related to security, trustworthiness, resilience, privacy, and interoperability. This special session provides a unique interdisciplinary forum that bridges AI, cybersecurity, quantum technologies, blockchain, and autonomous unmanned systems. Unlike traditional sessions focusing on individual domains, this session emphasizes the convergence of these strategic technologies and their applications in next-generation intelligent infrastructures and autonomous operations.

The session particularly targets cutting-edge research on:

  • AI-enabled autonomous UxV systems and swarm intelligence
  • Trustworthy, Explainable, and Secure AI for mission-critical applications
  • Quantum Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Machine Learning
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography and Quantum-Safe Communications
  • Quantum-Resistant Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies
  • Cybersecurity for Autonomous Vehicles and Multi-Agent Systems
  • Secure Edge AI and Federated Learning for UxV Ecosystems
  • Digital Twin Technologies for Autonomous Operations
  • Resilient Cyber-Physical Systems and Critical Infrastructure Protection
  • Autonomous Decision-Making and Human-AI Teaming

Important dates:

  • Full manuscript submission: July 10, 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: August 20, 2026
  • Camera-ready submission: September 10, 2026
